All credit card information is processed through a third party for your security.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Platinum Security Products ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States. Orders over $100 ship for FREE. We do not charge a handling fee.  We do not ship outside of the U.S. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Sales Tax

  • Platinum Security Products charges 7% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website and delivered in Illinois.



  • Return Policy

  • You may return most merchandise purchased from this website within 60 days of purchase. Certain items are not returnable, such as pepper sprays.  Security cameras/hidden cameras may be exchanged only if defective. You must contact us via email to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # before shipping back to us. This RMA# must be on the package when we receive it or the return will not be approved. Return shipping will be at the buyers' expense. Please include your customer information and reason for return. Upon receipt of the merchandise, which must be in new, unused, unopened, and resaleable condition, we will promptly refund your full purchase price plus shipping in the same manner of payment received. We do not charge a restocking fee like some of our competitors.  For items damaged during shipping, you must contact the carrier and make a claim.
